AnalystPro helps teams make faster, data-driven decisions by automating complex tasks and providing visual audit trails. With AnalystPro, recommendations are made 30x faster, unlocking the data needed to streamline processes.
AnalystPro | Improve trust & productivity in driving decisions
To access AnalystPro Excel/Google Sheets Extension:
Trace the workbook to find all the dependencies between cells. This action is required to start using other features in the tool.

The “Drivers” action tests sensitivities between the inputs and the output to identify key drivers. Simply select a cell with a value and click “Drivers” on the Home page.

Once you find drivers, you can click on “Visualise” to explore how values connect through a visual flow. There are 3 different layers:
Use View settings and filters to get the most of audit trail visualisation. You can share the visualisation with public or private link.

Save your Audit Trail to AnalystPro, organize it by project, add tags, and assign teams or people — all in one place.

Test various "What If" scenarios, explore potential outcomes, and test sensitivity levels to see how changes can impact your results.

If you need to quickly explore all dependents and precedents of a cell, use the "Related Cells" button on the Home page to instantly see all the connections and dependencies.

✨AI Chat: edit and build models through natural language, ask chat to find errors or give you tips. 📋Report: analyses the entire model, providing insights, summaries, and sensitivity analysis across all key drivers to help teams make informed, data-driven decisions
Weighting is a numeric measure of a value’s relative impact on the output. In the Audit Trail visualisation you can see how different drivers have different shades of blue: the darker it gets, the more weighting the value has. Think of it as of a heat map that helps you see an entire picture quick.
Drivers are key inputs that significantly influence the output. These are typically numerical values, assumptions, or variables that directly affect the calculations in the model.
Other inputs are characterized by having a 0% weight. Depending on the data, other inputs are classified as Constant, Date, Redundant, Blank, Zero, or Text.
Constants can be defined automatically by AI (for example, 12 month) or by you through manual process. It helps to reduce visual noise and keep the Audit Trail visualisation clean and accurate.
Cells formatted as DateTime. They have no weight but can be relevant to the model logic. This is why they are separated into their own group.
Non-DateTime numerical inputs with no weight, such as those being cancelled out (e.g., if an input is referenced in SUMIF but isn’t triggered).
Cells with a text string of “”.
Cells with a value of 0 and a weight below 0.01%.
Cells containing text.
